Job Responsibilities:
Manifacturing manufacturing Preferred
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Support basic HR generalist activities like employee records, attendance, and HR coordination.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Ability to handle multiple requirements.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations.
